CHRIS & AMBER: SWEET & SANDY ENGAGEMENT SESSION AT FORT SMALLWOOD IN PASADENA, MD // MARYLAND ENGAGEMENT PHOTOGRAPHER

Gosh we have been SO blessed with each and every single one of our clients this year! We absolutely love Chris and Amber and are so happy they chose us to capture their engagement and celebrate their wedding day with them! Not only did we get to spend time in the sand with them for their engagement session, but we also got to spend time with their fur baby, Mabel! Mabel is their 5 year old golden retriever and she was so well behaved for her sweet parents! We never say no to couples when they ask to bring their doggies -- seriously, how could we?! Look at that face!!

If you've been following along with our blog posts, you'll notice that Amber looks really similar to Ashley! That's because they are twins! So, I've also known Amber since we were 9 years old!! When we were young, the Harry Potter movies were just coming out so we would go out to see one every year around November when a new one was released, and Amber and I would spend the night jumping off of couches with our imaginary wands casting spells (we were pretty cool!). This story is not only a cute look-back in to our history together, but this is also the first thing that Amber mentioned when we sat down with her and Chris the first time! It's really special to be able to do what we love, but even more special to reconnect with friends and see their happiness as they've found the love of their life!

Amber and Chris are so easy to work with! They are naturals in front of the camera, laugh and have a great time together all on their own, and love each other so deeply that you can feel it in every fiber of their being. We did their engagement session about a month before their wedding, so we are a little behind on writing this blog post, but we could not wait to see them again for their wedding day and we cannot wait to show you all so many moments of this amazing couple on their special day!
